Q: I ordered more than one item, but only one arrived?
A: If you ordered more than one item from the store, it is very likely that they will come in separate shipments. I do this in order to get the items to you as quickly as possible. So, please give it another couple of days and you should receive your other items. If for some reason, something does not reach you, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can help you.
Q: Can I include a note with my order?
A: Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to include notes in your orders. As a home-based business that wants to offer a great variety of pieces, I've been fortunate enough to be able to store most products at warehouses, which do not have the capability to include notes.
Q: I received my jewelry, but I don't like it.
A: No worries, I am happy to exchange or issue a return and refund for any items that you are not happy with. Please contact me within 20 days of receiving the item and I will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. You can reach me at email@example.com.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Typically, orders are shipped out within 3 to 5 business days of placing the order. We strive for 3 or fewer days to ship out, but during certain times of the year we get busy and it takes up to 5 days. All items are shipped using USPS and typically arrive withing 2 weeks (including processing time). The postal service has been experiencing some delays due to COVID, but typically 2 weeks is a good estimate of how long it will take to receive your order. Some custom items can take longer. The exception to this rule is if your credit card is flagged as a high risk transaction. In case of high risk transactions, your order will be held for 5 business days before processing in order to ensure there transaction is legitimate.
Q: When are new items added to the store?
